Noëlle Penn is the creative force behind Decoratrice in Portland, Oregon.

Since 1986, Noëlle has been designing interiors for some of Portland’s most lavish homes. She also has had clients in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Virginia, Palm Springs, North Carolina, Arkansas, Florida, Arizona and Hawaii, as well as projects in Paris, France and Edinburgh, Scotland.

In addition to her solid design background, she has attended design seminars and classes in Paris; and she has taught classes in Interior Design and Christmas decorating through Portland Community College. Her projects have been published in Portland Up Close magazine, The Oregonian newspaper, Vintage Victorian magazine and Oregon Home magazine.

Her extensive personal and professional background in furnishings, color expression, and space planning make her uniquely suited to bring a fresh and realistic approach to interior design.
